It was painted while doing open art at Maryland Hall, Annapolis. The model held this pose for 3 hours, with breaks; amazing... The original painting is not currently available.	Fine Art Female Nude Seated 2010    (click title above for print-on-demand...) This is a finished acrylic/oil, based on an acrylic oil sketch I did a few years ago at Morean Arts Center-St.Pete Florida; this points to their open figure drawing models/locations.  I am not particularly into "drawing", nor good at it, so I usually try to go to the scheduled times for long-pose sessions, usually 3 hours, where I can do a painting.

I am a realist at heart, and enjoy interpreting realistic motifs in color and mood. My style includes traditional methods applied in a casual-realist manner usually a relatively thin underpainting, and using transparent glazes to enrich colors and shadows.
